With over 10 years experience designing, delivering and evaluating training packages up to director level, combined with my counselling experience with particular interest in managing stress and relationships. I can provide a range of solutions and packages including delivery of workshops, supporting managers and providing vital single session and ongoing counselling opportunities for your people.
With a strong background in learning and development, I spent 12 years at Virgin Media designing and delivering training programmes across both the UK and South Africa.
I have been involved with Relate in creating and delivering bespoke training programs to meet a client need. Most recently the SHINE charity (Shine – Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus)
I am currently a course tutor for two different programs:

- Relate and CPCAB Attachment Level 5 Diploma Benefits – Attachment Specialists
As a course tutor, I am inspired and often deeply humbled by my students, who they are and what they bring. It is both an honour and a great privilege to facilitate a learning environment which offers both nurture and gentle challenge to encourage personal and professional growth.
Originally but unintentionally coming across the Attachment Course, I was quickly struck by the Power Attachment Theory which has to get to the relational depth needed to create lasting change both personally and professionally, most notably, the capacity to ‘be’ instead of to ‘do’.

This quote for me beautifully depicts the impact of the therapeutic relationship. Widely cited as the greatest predictor of successful therapy rather than the method or modality used. As a therapist, I strongly believe that working through an Attachment lens offers both.
- Firstly, deepening my awareness of my own Attachment story and its impact, enables me to fully immerse myself in and attune to my client’s inner worlds.
- Secondly, working with Attachment gives me a clear therapeutic framework, allowing me to guide clients toward transformative shifts in how they think, feel, and experience themselves.
